Date last observed: 19-jun-26; unit: a; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling mold; leaking ceiling; leaky fixtures; other building; ; additional information: there is also a previous complaint on my unit that i have occupied since december 2002 complaint was made june 19, 2026. 6/24/26 met with manager and pest control and they were scheduled to come back the following monday 6/29 and someone that works with the manager told me the manager stated “ she doesn’t understand why traps need to set. and a previous conversation i did let the manager know that the feces in the urine can mess up the walls and raccoons are known for being destructive with the electrical wiring. the raccoon you can clearly hear them over the washroom and under my stairs, and my dog can obviously smell the urine as well in the feces in the wall because he goes to the same spot sniffs and bark so this is something new ;
