The four-unit, two-story multi-family residential building at 3621 20th Street, owned by 3621 20th Street Llc, has received several significant upgrades and experienced some notable events over its history. Most recently, the building underwent a complete electrical panel upgrade in July 2024, including the replacement of Federal Pacific panels in Apartments 1 and 2, along with the house panel, followed by a reroofing project in October 2024 costing $14,500.
