Date last observed: 16-apr-26; exact location: main bldg; building type: both work w/o permit; electrical work being performed w/o permit; work being done in dangerous manner; other housing; ; additional information: our neighbor is still operating an illegal junkyard and/or construction storage site in their backyard. we've seen construction trucks parked in front of the building with workers taking in and out materials from their trucks. their driveway also has an inoperable truck that has been parked behind their gate for the past ~5 years (considered junk, the tires have always been deflated and the truck has never moved). in addition, the back porches appear to have some unpermitted work performed on their decks. the top deck includes corrugated metal sheets on the side and the roof that appear unsafely secure. i would deem this a safety hazard to the residents and neighbors if strong gusts of wind were to cause them to unsecure and fly off. the middle deck appears
