The two-unit residential building at 112-114 Holloway Avenue in the Ingleside neighborhood, constructed in 1945 and currently under the ownership of Wong Jin Bo Trustee, has experienced significant parking-related issues over the past three years. Between August 2021 and 2025, there have been at least ten documented incidents of vehicles blocking driveways, with varying degrees of enforcement response.

Most recently, in early 2025, there was a report of abandoned garbage and debris, though this issue was promptly resolved by Recology. The parking violations are particularly concentrated in the summer of 2021, with seven separate incidents reported between August 22 and August 30 that year, including some cases where officers were unable to locate the offending vehicles and others where citations were issued or vehicles were towed.

More recent parking-related calls were recorded in 2024-2025, with the most recent incidents occurring in late 2024 involving vehicles blocking driveways, though most were resolved through official response. The building has maintained its original structure as a two-story flats and duplex building, consistent with its 1945 construction date.
