The property has undergone several significant improvements over the years, with the most recent work occurring in April 2024, including a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodels, electrical upgrades (with new service installations), and furnace replacement.

The building has a documented history of routine inspections and maintenance, including reroofing work completed in 2008. The property experienced a series of violations in July 2005 related to safety concerns, including wood stair repairs, fire extinguisher requirements, and smoke detector issues, all of which were abated by August 2005. More recent concerns include electrical issues in 2017 and chimney work in 2006, both of which were resolved.
