The most significant recent event in the building's history occurred in June 2013, when a plumbing incident in Unit 1365 resulted in water damage that affected multiple levels of the building, leading to comprehensive repairs costing $34,000.

These repairs included the replacement of gypsum board ceilings and walls, insulation, and some kitchen cabinets.
