2024-08-13 00:00:00+00:00NoneHousing Inspection ServicesI've complained about this before and never have i received a response from the responsible agencies, neither have the agencies that should be taking care of this done so because the problem still exists. a broken elevator in a residential hotel where there are many elderly and disabled/mobility challenged, seniors. and it's been broken for weeks!!!!!! going on months i think. i have been told this by my elderly friend (91) and walking impaired, who lives on the 6th floor!!! she can't get up or down on her own and "staff" seem to want tips for assisting them in the coming and going to their apartment. this is obscene, if not illegal, but the worst is that the city, --you-- haven't forced a solution to this, leaving these seniors in desperate condition. shame on you!!!! i don't know why you get paid, if you don't provide the services you're supposed to provide.how many times do i have to write and report this same situation?????this is probably the fifth time already.do your job!!!!!and Not Active View on DBI
