(905, 1001(n)hc / 3.29 sffc) (for r2 occupancy buildings with 3 units and more): a minimum of one '2-a:10-b:c (or equivalent)' extinguisher for each 3,000 square feet of floor area is required. travel distance shall not exceed 75 feet to the nearest extinguisher. all fire extinguishers are required to be recharged and serviced annually and date tag must be current and posted by a qualified professional vendor. check the pressure gauge periodically as occasionally the seal may leaks and the unit becomes ineffective. building sectionnot active
