2025-01-28T00:00:00.000Z malfunctioning appliance - repair or replace the intercom/entry system 505c, 706.2, 1001l sfhc, 1005a.1 sfbc the entry system at the front door shows no connectivity to a power source. it is nonresponsive when directory buttons are pushed. the strike plate is missing on the door frame and a bundle of light guage communication lines are visible inside the void. the missing strike plate also eliminates the security of the building from the front entry. the door can be pushed open unobstructed. repair the entry call system. insure at completion the front door self-closes. upon completion the door and jamb shall be tight fitting, in good condition and remain closed until unlocked by user or resident. security requirements sectionnot active
