Date last observed: 26-feb-26; identity of person performing the work: nobody hopefully i'll finally ; floor: 2nd; unit: 221; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling plumbing inoperative; plumbing leak; insects/rodents; ; additional information: i really need assistance getting a inspector out here accordingly to witness this property manager not do her job and fix my unit that has multiple issues regarding the bathroom including peeling paint in tub, a toilet that needs to be plundered everytime it's used lack of proper drainage in tub and sink and nobody scheduled to inspect or enforce my basic human rights as a tenant in this unit. i suspect that the inspectors have some sort of bias because they called once and now i can't get anybody on the phone to discuss this issue or schedule an inspection so that my lazy property manager will do her job for once and fix her unit, not to mention the fly imfestion that started after an illegal lockout;
