2015-07-01 00:00:00+00:00NoneBuilding Inspection DivisionFillmore house 124-128 fillmore st / roof top construction project going on for over 1 yr --- please post this as a seperate complaint on the dbi website page so government and other regulatory agencies can read it: on fri 6/26/15, a dark blue or black pick up truck on the germania st side of this building which was doing welding on the roof. the trucks generator, in the bed of the truck, was on from 9:30am to 3:30pm. the noise level of the generator was in excess of 80 decibles in violation of artical 29 of the police noise ordinance. this noise gave caller a really bad headache. in addition, the fumes from the generator was blowing in callers window and made him feel sick. there was no notice to the tenants. there were 2 black rubber hoses running from the truck to the roof, which the welder was using for his welding work on the roof. caller not certain, but these hoses may have also contained flamable gases used for the welding. there was no signage or barriers to keep pedestrians f Not Active View on DBI
