Initial analysis

The three-unit multi-family residential building at 3510-3514 Divisadero Street, located in San Francisco's Marina neighborhood, is a two-story flats and duplex structure built in 1925 and currently owned by Survivors Trust. The building's maintenance and upgrade history shows regular upkeep, including a significant reroofing project completed in 2015 at a cost of $17,500 and dry-rot repairs to external stairs completed in 2010. A notable safety measure was taken in 1991 when voluntary strengthening work was completed, following two earlier permit applications from 1990 that ultimately expired. More recent infrastructure work includes a sewer replacement project completed in 2011, covering the segment from the building face to the curb cut.

The building has undergone routine housing inspections, including one in 2010 and another in 2001, the latter of which resulted in a security violation that was resolved within a few months. Separate from these inspections, there was one documented parking enforcement issue in 2022 involving a vehicle blocking a driveway, which was addressed through a citation. The property's documented history suggests regular maintenance and compliance with housing requirements, with no recurring violations or recent safety concerns.
