1786 Golden Gate Avenue is a 6-unit, 3-story multi-family residential building constructed in 1900, currently owned by Gilligan-Steinberg Investment Company. The Property has undergone significant improvements in recent years, including the completion of its mandatory soft-story retrofit in 2016 (Tier 3) and the installation of a new fire sprinkler system in 2017-2019, which included coverage for the ground floor garage and apartments. Major renovations took place in 2017-2018, including remodeling of multiple units, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and the installation of hydronic heating.
