2025-02-03 00:00:00+00:00NoneHousing Inspection ServicesPatron stated that they have been living there for 14 years and the property owner has never done any maintenance in the building, the building is falling apart lots of issues and the only thing the owner has done for them in 14 year is to get a new stove and refrigerator about 5 month ago, but everything is in deplorable conditions, the cabinets in the kitchen cabinets are about to fall and patron was afraid it would fall on top of her kids so she and her husband have been placing wood to hold the cabinets. the kitchen sink has been dripping water non stop for over 3 years and she has sent multiple letters to the owner but he ignores all her work orders, she has been placing a bucket under the sink to hold the water and then when the bucket gets full she has to dump the water in the toilet and place it again, the bathroom walls have been moldy several times and she has been cleaning the walls and painting the walls to help with the mold but it comes back and she has to bay the paint a Not Active View on DBI
