Risk rating

How 1324 Willard St's risk score is calculated

DBI ComplaintMar 17
Beginning 2/6/2026, we noticed a leak in our hallway closet that soaked the walls and carpet (water stains were present and the carpet in and in front of the closet were thoroughly soaked). no one came to check out the leak until the 5th day of the active leak. since then (5 weeks ago), no inspection has been performed for the carpet or walls for mold growth or mildew. we suspect that mold and mildew are present because the leak was left actively leaking for 5 days without intervention and during that time, my roommate and i became sick and showed symptoms of mold poisoning. there is also a lingering mildew smell that persists 5 weeks later.identifier
