Roofers dumped a box of trash onto sidewalk from roof above 3 stories, just as i arrived. all this trash, nails etc., materials tools blocking sidewalk. scaffolding blocking sidewalk, no scaffolding permit." 4 doors down from a school, all kinds of kids and parents walking by. this was observed when one of our inspectors was out in the field.
