2022-02-09T00:00:00.000Z clean and sanitize the common areas 1306 sfhc the common areas of the building have a fine gritty dust consistent with that from plaster and drywall demolition work. it appears the plastic flap on the door has been left open excessively. with a wet rag and a detergent cleaner, wipe down all horizontal surfaces of accumulation. remove the gritty dust as well as any black marks and filth along the stairs on wall surfaces, picture rails, base boards, door jambs and casings, window sills and sashes, surface mounted electrical conduit, fire alarm bells, fire extinguisher boxes, mail boxes, hand rails, balustrades and crown mouldings. the elevator car shall also be cleaned of any fine dust, grit, black marks and areas dirty from deferred maintenance. vacuum the common area carpets in the halls and stairs. shampoo the carpets where necessary. when debris escapes the area of construction, these cleaning methods shall be implemented every day before leaving the facility. building sectionnot active
