The property experienced significant water-related issues in early 2023, with a complaint filed in January regarding water intrusion, mold concerns, and ceiling leaks affecting bathroom and bedroom areas, along with reports of lead paint issues.

These environmental concerns appear to have prompted two subsequent improvements: in February 2023, interior renovations were completed including drywall installation and floor tiling in a toilet room, and more recently in August 2024, a complete reroofing project was undertaken at a cost of $19,600.
