Most significantly, there have been recurring issues with illegal parking on sidewalks, particularly in 2023, with four documented cases between April and June that resulted in three citations being issued, though in one instance the individuals could not be located.

The property has also seen multiple instances of abandoned items on the street in 2024, including a refrigerator and furniture, though these were resolved following Recology's intervention. A sidewalk defect was reported in March 2023, though it was determined not to represent an egregious safety concern, and there was one traffic noise complaint in December 2022.

More recently, in January 2025, there was another sidewalk parking complaint that could not be verified by responding officers. The building, constructed in 1978, is classified as a two-story flats and duplex structure, and while the recorded incidents suggest some neighborhood challenges, most cases were addressed by appropriate city agencies.
