06/16/17 Building Inspection Division Date last observed: 15-jun-17; time last observed: current; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling fire safety/fire escape; structural problems; ; additional information: i would like to remain anonymous. on 1/31 at noon, notes were slipped under our apartment doors stating that earthquake refit work would start at 8 am the next morning 2/1. this was a complete surprise. there are no posted permits or signs indicating who is doing the work. they ripped up the garage for 3 days, leaving a giant pile of debris, and then left for two months. i stepped on a nail taking the trash out which is in the middle of debris pile. these guys work a day here, a week there and disappear for months. we get no notice as to when they will work. the entire building is covered in cement and sheet rock dust. its in our homes, when i wake in the morning and blow my nose my mucus is full of dust. for 5 months, with no end in sight, they have blocked the two fire escape ex Not Active 201786883
