Most recently, in October 2024, the building received permits for the installation of a new heat pump water heating system valued at $150,000, following the 2013 removal of older water heaters and installation of a 500,000 BTU system with storage tanks.

The building underwent a reroofing project in 2020 at a cost of $124,658. However, there is an active open fire violation regarding sleeping area requirements as of October 2023, which was initially cited through a complaint that same month. The property has experienced recurring issues with abandoned items and debris on and around the premises, particularly evident in the recent cluster of eight 311 calls between November 2024 and January 2024, primarily related to furniture and garbage.
