The building has undergone several window upgrades over the years, with the most recent being a 2013 installation of three vinyl windows in Unit #4, featuring energy-efficient double-pane glass. A plumbing issue was addressed in 2015 involving the installation of a three-foot secondary line.

The property has experienced periodic routine safety inspections, with significant safety-related citations occurring in 2007 and 2010.
