Construction across from my house. going on for 3 years. everyday they use this huge jackhammer. it was 7:30 or 8. they didnt stop during the pandemic. other neighbors find it distressing too as some work for home. why wont they stop and when will the finish? it would be nicce if they would at least stop on saturdays, at least with the jackhammers. i would be nice if they only started jackhammers on saturdays no earlier than noon.(311 sr 16925898)
