2025-01-06 00:00:00+00:00	None	Housing Inspection Services	There is a single back door and one front door that has a corresponding second door to enter the building, which is necessary for tenants to access their units. the tenants only are given the ability to unlock all 3 of these doors using butterflymx, an electronic door unlocking tool via phone app. this app has been failing regularly since december 23rd. when the app fails to unlock the door, there is no way in to the building for any tenants, and maintenance arrives to either fix this or, multiple times has just taped open the door lock so anyone can enter without a key. this is extremely unsafe as there are commonly individuals outside who are not well intentioned, and i require fast entry to my building, as well as no intruders in the building.i have requested a manual key to enter the building 7 times via formal maintenance portal requests, calls to the office, and texts to the property manager. none of these have been answered.
