The building has undergone several significant improvements over its lifetime, including a vertical addition completed in 1994, foundation replacement (permit expired) in 1992, and the remediation of contaminated soil in the sewer pipe chase in 1987.

Two reroofing projects were undertaken, one completed in 2004 at a cost of $2,500, and an earlier permit from 1995 that expired without completion. More recently, the property obtained approvals for exceptions to rear yard requirements to retain and renovate an existing patio enclosure. The property has experienced a notable pattern of abandoned vehicle reports in its vicinity between 2022 and 2024, with ten such incidents documented in the past two years alone, primarily involving various car models including Honda, Toyota, Ford, and BMW vehicles.
