Most recently, in 2016, the property faced lead paint concerns that required remediation and the removal of corrugated panels from a light well. In 2015, multiple urgent repairs were undertaken, including addressing dry rot in stairs, resolving water-related issues affecting electrical systems and fixtures, and correcting various code violations related to peeling paint, blocked drainage, and unauthorized boiler work.

These 2015 issues were substantial enough to necessitate multiple building and plumbing permits totaling $6,000 in repairs.
