How 1910 Greenwich St's risk score is calculated

Model explanation

What's driving this score

The three data points that most influenced this building's risk rating — ranked by the weight the model placed on each one.

Number of units

The number of units affects how the model reads complaint and violation totals — more units means more potential sources.

Building size

Total floor area — a proxy for building scale and the number of systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) that can fail.

Building age

Older buildings tend to have more maintenance challenges; SF's pre-1906 earthquake housing stock carries distinct risk.

12-Month severity forecast
No violation 59.5%
Moderate concern 24.2%
Severe concern 16.3%
Estimated probability of receiving a DBI Notice of Violation in the next 12 months at each severity level. Model: full_hgb_balanced.

I live at 1914 greenwich and there was work done at 1910 greenwich. they did work with an unlicensed contractor and they didn¿t put things back properly on my side of the building and i had a massive leak from the recent storm. i would like an inspector to come back out and inspect the work again and inspect my side of the building. i need to make sure that the rest of the property be inspected and was done properly.
