The three-story, six-unit multi-family residential building at 1460-1470 Broadway in Russian Hill, owned by Jack Lauren Nicole, was constructed in 1910 and is classified as a TIC building with 4 units or less. The building underwent significant safety and modernization improvements in 2007-2008, including the installation of a fire sprinkler system in the garage area, updates to the fire alarm system with mini horns in bedrooms, comprehensive electrical upgrades including new 400-amp service, and the replacement of existing windows with new sliding glass doors on levels 2-4 at the rear of the building.
