Most notably, in December 2016, there was one tenant buyout recorded for $65,000. A major maintenance improvement occurred in March 2020 with the completion of an $12,800 reroofing project.

The building experienced substantial maintenance issues in September 2009, when multiple violations were recorded including problems with the tub/shower repairs, mold/mildew on ceilings, floor covering repairs, and damaged ceilings - all of which were successfully abated by March 2010. A complaint from that same period documented water damage and mold in the master bedroom and closet, along with issues with the heating system and a constantly running toilet.
