The three-story multi-family residential building at 1844 Fell Street in Park North, built in 1905, contains 6 units and is currently owned by Survivors Tr-shami Fmly 199. The building has undergone minimal permitted renovations in recent decades, including a kitchen remodel in 1989 and sheetrock replacement for investigative work in 2018. A notable cluster of building violations was recorded in February 2004, all of which were resolved by April 2004.
