Housing authority at 491 31st ave. --- building common area is not ada in compliance. door to garden is not ada in compliance even though tenants were told they can use garden. this is a senior/disabled building & tenants are not all able to use stairs. laundry room door is very heavy & even though parts are there, it has not been installed to be used. bathrooms by common area are locked all the time unless it's for special event. tenants were refused access to those bathrooms & were told they had to go to their own units. caller stated that bathrooms should be available at least during business hours.
