Date last observed: 19-mar-26; time last observed: 9:00; floor: 1; unit: 2; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling water intrusion; plumbing leak; mold; ; additional information: in the bathroom, the wall is damp and discolored. this wall contains the plumbing for the shower. there appears to be a leak. the apartment recently received a professional mold inspection and this was apart of the findings:the tenant described past mold growth on items being stored in the front and back bedroom closets. i performed a full home inspection. i observed the following: -visible mold growth on items in each closet. -mold growth on the bathroom ceiling above the shower surround. wet spot in the subfloor below the vinyl bathroom floor that has disintegrated the plywood. -rust spot on the side of the bathtub that may be allowing moisture into the subfloor. -dirty air return filter. multiple rooms tested at dangerous levels.;
