Date last observed: 04-apr-26; floor: 3rd floor; unit: 311; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling plumbing inoperative; broken sewer; plumbing leak; water entering building; ; additional information: i woke up this morning around 9am to a doorbell and when i opened the door it was my manager asking me if there is water in my bathroom and i was like huh, as i literally woke up my carpet in the hallway was wet and i mention how my sock just got wet, and when i turned on the light to the bathroom there was a literal flood. i was geniunely confused how there was water in my bathroom tub and hallway when my child and i had not been here for most of the week and never even used the tub or shower at all this week. my sleep right next to my kid as well. and i only have one child. it's just the two of us and we are always together. i kept telling the manager to check for blockages and he was like nope but only til he tried running the water in the tub h
