Date last observed: 21-jul-26; time last observed: 8 pm; floor: 4; unit: 403; exact location: none of the above; building type: residence/dwelling mold; other plumbing; ; additional information: recurring contaminated water for 4+ years in certain units. black sticky sediment coming out of every water source: bathtub, kitchen sink faucet, bathroom faucet, toilet, washing machine, refrigerator ice machine, etc. prior maintenance teams had indicated this was due to failed/exploded rubber bladders inside boilers, however, a permanent repair was never performed and we still have black sediment in our bathwater. water would visually appear clear for several weeks or months at a time and then the contamination returns. recent maintenance team discovered a failing valve inside the shower wall (unit 403) and believes that to be the primary issue for our specific unit, however, when we ran the bathtub water in another unit (on another floor) we found the same black, oily st
