The building has undergone several significant improvements over the years, with the most recent major work occurring in 2017 when Unit 5 received comprehensive kitchen and bathroom renovations totaling $29,000 to address a code compliance matter, including new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and complete electrical rewiring and plumbing work.

The building has a documented history of maintaining and upgrading essential systems, including the installation of multiple solar systems between 2009-2012 (totaling over 5.5 kW capacity), a replacement boiler in 2009, and two electric vehicle chargers in 2013.
