Date last observed: 31-jan-26; identity of person performing the work: rincon green; floor: 7; unit: 709; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling mold; flues/vents defective; ; additional information: the air vents in the unit have not been functioning properly for several months, resulting in increased humidity and elevated indoor temperatures. these conditions have raised health concerns, including the development of mold and mildew. we use humidity monitors in the unit, which have consistently recorded humidity levels around 70% with indoor temperatures around 70 degrees. we have lived in this unit for nearly four years and have not experienced these conditions prior to the recent ventilation issues. we have contacted property management, rincon green, multiple times regarding this issue, but no meaningful steps have been taken to resolve it.;
