Customer states that the she suspects that there is some type of illegal unit conversion. customer states that she believes that the owners were not permitted for that. customer states that her unit as well as her neighbors unit is not registered with the us postal service. customer states that the building also has alot of plumbing issues because there is leakage in courtyard and inside of her unit. customer states that there is what appears to be raw sewage coming out of the kitchen sink when she turns on the garbage disposal. also, there is wires exposed in the tunnel that leads to the backyard. there is no lighting in the common area leading to the apartment units.
